Overview on patents in animal breeding with a link to US company Monsanto

Overall 16 applications were found being filed from 2005-2008 by Monsanto. Some of them are meanwhile transferred to Newsham Choice Genetics, which has a strong research alliance with Monsanto in this field. Some of them are now hold by US company Inguran LLC. Three applications seem to be withdrawn. The patent applications on cattle breeding seem still to be property of Monsanto.
